"When I came to Goldie Daniels nearly ten years ago - I was perming my already curly hair. I had no idea the beauty that lie underneath. I remember her asking me why I permed my hair. I had no answer other than - that's what my mom did so I that's what I do. 
It was at that moment that I knew I had someone special. I don't know how many times she would tell me about the upkeep of my hair. She'd give me tips on cheaper ways to keep my hair looking healthy and great. Now my hair is big, really big, beautiful and natural - except of course for the wonderful color. I was a woman who was afraid of color, highlights and now if she doesn't do enough of them, I'm back in the chair requesting more. I don't trust anyone with my hair but Goldie.
